Payment

I accept PayPal payment.
According to the european rules, you can change your mind and return your purchase during the 14 days following the reception, and after writing to me.
I will refund you in the 14 days when I have received the item back , but return shipping fees will be paid by the customer.

Shipping

I will be shipping with the national français post service,with a track number, unless you are willing to pay extra fees to have an insurance.
. The shipping can take up to 15 days to the US (usually a parcel arrive within 7 working days).
In case of a parcel lost contact me and we will find an arrangement.

Additional policies and FAQs

I will alter the length (if possible, it may depend on the particular piece) of the necklace part of the piece up to 2 inches free of charge IF the item is purchased prior to alteration.

I will reserve an item for 24 hours ONLY and then the item will then be un-reserved unless prior arrangements have been made. If you wish to have the item reserved longer than 24 hours I require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Please contact me regarding "reserving" of items.
